FPACC Leadership Summit
About ELEVATE: FPACC Leadership Summit
ELEVATE: The FPACC Leadership Summit is a national gathering designed to bring together leaders of Filipino American chambers of commerce from across the United States to strengthen leadership capacity, deepen collaboration, and advance a shared vision for economic empowerment and community impact. Hosted in Las Vegas by the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Nevada (FACCGN) and the Diversity Chamber of Commerce of Nevada, the summit serves as a dynamic platform for dialogue, innovation, and strategic partnership.
The Federation of Philippine American Chambers of Commerce (FPACC) is a national alliance committed to uniting Filipino American chambers and business leaders through advocacy, leadership development, and collective action. FPACC works to elevate the voice and visibility of Filipino American businesses, foster meaningful economic opportunities, and create stronger pathways for collaboration among regional chambers nationwide.
The primary goal of the ELEVATE Leadership Summit is to equip chamber leaders with the tools, knowledge, and connections necessary to lead effectively in a rapidly evolving business environment. Through keynote sessions, workshops, and collaborative exchanges, participants will explore strategies for organizational growth, effective communication, and sustainable partnerships. A key focus of the summit is the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its emerging applications in leadership, operations, and communications—empowering chambers to adapt, innovate, and thrive in the future economy.
ELEVATE embodies FPACC’s mission to build stronger, more connected leadership that advances both business success and community progress—raising the collective impact of Filipino American chambers across the nation.
